Arizona Cardinals Fantasy Spin
David Johnson (ankle) returned to Cardinals practice on Thursday. Even with the new injury, Johnson is ahead of where he was last week with his back. He will be out there for a gorgeous matchup with the Giants. Despite his continued underwhelming running, Johnson has kept himself in the high-end RB1 mix with his pass catching and goal-line opportunities. With only two scores on the ground, DJ is due for some positive regression in that department.
New York Giants Fantasy Spin
Saquon Barkley (ankle) is practicing in full for Week 7 against the Cardinals. Insert Michael Scott GIF. Remain calm. It's happening. Barkley ended up missing just three games with his high-ankle sprain and crushed his 4-8 weeks timetable that was reported via the media. Barkley now gets a dream spot against a Cardinals defense that is allowing opponents to do whatever they please. Barkley will be a lock-and-load elite RB1 as long as he avoids setbacks in practice this week. Evan Engram (knee) is also practicing in full.
