NFL Week 7 Opening Spreads & Totals

While Week 6 isn’t in the books yet (the Packers will host the 49ers on Monday night), it’s not too early to look ahead to Week 7. What are the opening lines in the NFL for this week? Here’s a look at each matchup. Week 7 kicks off Thursday night in Arizona, where the Cardinals will host the Broncos at 8:20 p.m. ET. Arizona opened as a 1.5-point home favorite but the line already jumped the fence and now Denver is a 1.5-point fave. The total has also moved, jumping from 39.5 up to 40. Moving to Sunday, the Chargers will host the Titans at 9:30 a.m. in the second straight London matchup of the year. According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetNow.eu, the Chargers are 6.5-point favorites to beat the Titans. The total, meanwhile, sits at 45 points. As of this writing, 70% of the public betting tickets are on the Chargers to cover the point spread. In the early slate, the Colts are 6.5-point home favorites over the visiting Bills, the Jets are 3-point home dogs to beat the Vikings, the Eagles are 4-point home favorites to beat the Panthers, and the Browns are 3-point road dogs against the Bucs. Also early, the Patriots are 2.5-point road favorites to beat the Bears, the Jaguars are 4.5-point home faves over the Texans, and the Lions-Dolphins spread has not been released because of the injury situation impacting Miami’s quarterback position. In the late games, the Ravens are 2.5-point home favorites to beat the Saints, the Rams are whopping 10.5-point road favorites versus the 49ers, and the Redskins are 1.5-point home favorites to beat NFC East rival the Cowboys at 4:25 p.m. ET. Two AFC playoff contenders will meet on Sunday night, as the Chiefs will host the Bengals. Despite suffering its first loss of the season last week, Kansas City is 6-point home favorites to beat the visiting Bengals. Finally, the Falcons opened as 4-point home favorites to beat the Giants on Monday Night Football but the line has climbed to 5.5 at most sports books. The total for that MNF matchup sits at 54 points.
