Cardinals vs. Bills Prediction
Even though public bettors love the Cardinals today at 1:00PM ET, will the Bills cover the spread in a potential trap game?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Cardinals are now 4-point favorites versus the Bills after opening as a 6-point favorite. As for the total, the number opened at 47 and that's where the number currently sits at most sports books.

The Cardinals are 12-1 against the spread in their last 13 road games versus a team with a losing home record and 15-7 at the betting window in their last 22 road games as well. That said, Arizona is just 1-4 against the number its last five games overall and has failed to cover the spread in four of five games following a win of more than 14 points. (The Cardinals thrashed the Buccaneers at home last week, 40-7.)
The Bills, meanwhile, are just 2-5 against the spread in their last seven games in the month of September after losing 37-31 as a small home underdog last Thursday night versus the Jets. That said, Buffalo is 4-1 at the betting window in its last five home games and is 4-1 ATS in its last five games after accumulating less than 90 yards rushing in its previous game.

OUR PREDICTION: This has trap written all over it for bettors. The Cardinals are coming off a blowout victory and are facing a dysfunctional Bills team that will likely be without receiver Sammy Watkins and that just fired its offensive coordinator. Yet somehow, the line has dropped two full points in favor of Buffalo despite 80% of public bettors backing Arizona. The Cardinals are in a letdown spot, will be playing their first road game of the season, and must fly cross-country for what will amount to being a 10:00 a.m. game on the west coast. Take the Bills in what could turn out to be a field-goal game.
