The Raiders are a small favorite over the Falcons at 4:25PM ET on Sunday - will Oakland cover?

According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Raiders are 4.5-point home favorites versus the Falcons, while the over/under currently sits at 48 points. While the total hasn't changed off the original number posted by oddsmakers, the point spread has gone from Oakland -5.5 down to -4.5.

Julio Jones tweaked the same ankle that he injured in preseason during the Falcons' Week 1 loss to the Buccaneers but was able to return to practice on Friday. Like Jones, Mohamed Sanu isn't listed on the Falcons' injury report after suffering an ankle injury last Sunday. Devonta Freeman (quad) was a full participant and will be ready to play today in Oakland as well.

The Raiders have earned initial approve of $750 million in public funding for a stadium in Las Vegas. If the Nevada state legislature hands out three quarters of a billion dollars in taxpayer money for a football stadium it would be a record for a stadium anywhere in America. OUR PREDICTION: The Raiders scored 35 points against a horrible Saints defense and while the Falcons aren't as bad defensively as New Orleans is, Atlanta still doesn't own a pass rush. If he stays away from underrated corner Desmond Trufant, Derek Carr should be able to pick apart an Atlanta secondary that is merely average. Look for the Raiders to play better defensively than they did last week against the Falcons, who are 1-5 against the spread in their last six road games and are 2-11 ATS in their last 13 games overall.
