Arizona Cardinals

Cardinals first-round QB Josh Rosen (thumb) was seen throwing at the open portion of Friday's practice. Rosen injured his thumb after making contact with a teammate's helmet on Monday, but it looks like he's already on the mend. He'll be a game-time decision for Sunday's preseason game in Dallas. Regardless of Rosen's health, Sam Bradford is locked in as the Cardinals' Week 1 starter.

Dallas Cowboys

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said there's a "good chance" Dak Prescott won't play in anymore preseason games this season.

"I think we'll be pretty conservative here," Jones said in a radio interview with 105.3 The Fan. If true, Prescott finishes the 2018 preseason completing 10-of-15 passes for 86 yards (5.7 YPA) and one touchdown. Prescott also showed a rapport with third-round rookie Michael Gallup, who in particular shined in the club's preseason opener with an impressive 30-yard touchdown catch from Dak.

Travis Frederick is out indefinitely with Guillian-Barre’ syndrome. Zack Martin is dealing with a bone bruise and hyper-extended left knee. And La’el Collins has a sore ankle/calf. I’m fading the ‘Boys tonight.
