Which player will score the most touchdowns during the 2016-17 NFL regular season?

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Cardinals running back David Johnson has the best odds to score the most touchdowns this season at 6/1. Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has the next-best odds at 7/1, while Steelers wideout Antonio Brown and Cowboys rookie Ezekial Elliott are both 9/1, respectively.

Continuing with the odds, Rams running back Todd Gurley is 10/1 to score the most overall touchdowns in 2016-17 and both Odell Beckham and Rob Gronkowski are 12/1, respectively. Dez Bryant and Jamaal Charles, meanwhile, are 16/1, respectively, while DeAndre Hopkins and Lamar Miller are 18/1, respectively. Julio Jones is 20/1, A.J. Green is 25/1, and Devonta Freeman and Thomas Rawls are both 30/1, respectively.

In 2015, four players finished with 14 touchdowns to lead the league. They were Jets receiver Brandon Marshall, Seahawks wideout Doug Baldwin, Jaguars receiver Allen Robinson, and Falcons running back Devonta Freeman. As a rookie in 2014 he also scored 12 touchdowns and only played in 12 games, so imagine what he can do if he plays a full season. His starting quarterback Eli Manning is back and so is his play-caller Ben McAdoo, who is now the head coach in New York.
