NFL Rushing Yards Prediction
Will Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott lead the NFL in rushing again this season?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, Elliott is a 7/2 favorite to lead the league in rushing again this upcoming NFL season. As a rookie last season, Elliott rushed for 1,631 yards to finish ahead of Jordan Howard (1,313), DeMarco Murray (1,287), Jay Ajayi (1,272) and Le'Veon Bell (1,268).
Bell, meanwhile, has the next-best odds to lead the league in rushing at 4/1. David Johnson of the Cardinals is 8/1, Howard is 12/1, and Murray and Ajayi are 15/1, respectively. LeSean McCoy is 18/1, Melvin Gordon and Todd Gurley are 20/1, respectively, and Devonta Freeman is 25/1. Marshawn Lynch, who signed with the Raiders this offseason, is also 25/1 to lead the NFL in rushing.
Continuning with the odds, Lamer Miller and rookie Leonard Fournette are 30/1, respectively, while fellow first-year player Joe Mixon is 45/1. C.J. Anderson, Carlos Hyde, Dalvin Cook, Eddie Lacy, Isaiah Crowell, Paul Perkins, Spencer Ware and Ty Montgomery are all 50/1, respectively.

Our NFL Rushing Yards Prediction: Elliott is a solid bet to lead the league again in rushing, but there's a ton of value in taking Bell at 4/1. He'll receive plenty of opportunities to run in Pittsburgh's offense and with Big Ben and Antonio Brown playing in the same offense, opponents can't key on the run or Bell. Johnson and Ajayi also have some value, although Ajayi comes with some injury concerns.
