According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Gordon is a 13/2 favorite to win this season’s NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year. Quarterbacks Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota have the next best odds at 7/1, respectively, while receiver Amari Cooper is 8/1 and running back Todd Gurley is 8/1.

The Chargers traded up with the 49ers to select Gordon with the No. 15 overall pick in last Thursday’s first round. Gordon will immediately slide into the starting lineup as Ryan Mathews replacement after the later signed with the Eagles as a free agent this offseason. He finished his career at Wisconsin by rushing for 4,915 yards on 631 carries and 45 touchdowns.
