Marquez Valdes-Scantling Super Bowl LVII Prop Predictions

There was a report stating fellow KC receiver Kadarius Toney will have plenty of opportunities after the catch in the Chiefs’ game plan. Head coach Andy Reid even noted that Toney has been “running around like crazy” at practice after missing most of the AFC title game versus the Bengals due to ankle and hamstring injuries. That said, I’m not buying it. Plus, even if the reports are true, he’s likely to get hurt in the first four seconds of the game so this won’t prevent me from backing Valdes-Scantling.

Valdes-Scantling averaged 42.58 yards per game in the 19 contests he played. Granted, he only eclipsed the 37.5-yard total once in his last five games, which came against the Bengals two weeks ago. Still, with Toney and JuJu Smith-Schuster banged up, I like MVS to go over this total tonight.
