Brady Favored to Win SB 51 MVP
Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is the current favorite to win the MVP of Super Bowl 51.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Brady has +140 odds to win the MVP award for next Sunday's Super Bowl, while Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan has the next-best odds at +250. Julio Jones has the best odds of the non-quarterbacks at 9/1.
Julian Edelman, LeGarrette Blount, Dion Lewis and Devonta Freeman, meanwhile, are all 16/1, respectively, to win the MVP of Super Bowl 51. AFC Championship Game hero Chris Hogan is 25/1, while Tevin Coleman is 40/1 and Vic Beasley, Mohamed Sanu and Martellus Bennett are 50/1, respectively.
The other mid-range long shots include Logan Ryan, Austin Hooper, Matt Bryant, Taylor Gabriel, Stephen Gostkowski, James White and Malcom Butler, who are all 66/1. Devin McCourty, meanwhile, is 75/1, while Malcolm Mitchell of New England is 100/1.
There are a handful of players that have 150/1 odds to win Super Bowl 51's MVP award, including Deion Jones, Dwight Freeney, Eric Weems, Levine Toilolo and Keanu Neal of Atlanta, as well as Danny Amendola, Don’t'a Hightower, Patrick Chung, Chris Long and Rob Ninkovich of the Patriots.
The Patriots are currently 3-point favorites versus the Falcons for Super Bowl 51 while the over/under currently sits at 58.5 points. The game kicks off at 6:30PM ET next Sunday, February 5.
