Super Bowl LIII MVP Odds
The odds are out for Super Bowl LIII MVP and to no one’s surprise, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is favored over the rest of the field. Where do Rams signal-caller Jared Goff and running back Todd Gurley fall on the list?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetNow.eu, the Patriots are 2.5-point favorites to beat the Rams. The total, meanwhile, sits at 57.5 points. As of this writing, 83% of the public betting tickets are on the Patriots to cover the point spread.
As for MVP odds, Brady is the current favorite at 10/11 while Goff has the next-best odds at 2/1, followed by Gurley at 12/1. Other players with comparable odds to Gurley are Patriots running back Sony Michel at 15/1, Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald at 18/1, as well as L.A. back C.J. Anderson, who is also 18/1.
Continuing with the odds, James White and teammate Julian Edelman are both 30/1, respectively, to win the MVP award for Super Bowl LIII. Brandin Cooks and fellow receiving mate Robert Woods are 40/1, respectively, followed by New England tight end Rob Gronkowski, who is 50/1. Patriots kicker Stephen Gostkowski, meanwhile, is 60/1.
The other long-shots include Aqib Talib and Dante Fowler Jr, who are both 75/1, respectively, while Greg Zuerlein and Rex Burkhead are 80/1, respectively. Some of the biggest underdogs are Devin McCourty, Elandon Roberts, Lamarcus Joyner, Mark Barron, Patrick Chung, Phillip Dorsett and Tyler Higbee are 250/1, respectively. James Develin and Matthew Slater, meanwhile, are both 500/1, respectively. Those are the longest odds on the board.
