LeBron James recorded his ninth NBA Finals triple-double on Friday in Game 4 when he put up 31 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds. His efforts helped Cleveland avoid a sweep to the Warriors. It was his second triple-double of this NBA Finals, as he had 29 points, 14 assists and 11 rebounds in Game 2 at Golden State. He was just one assist shy of a triple-double in Game 3 as well.
For the postseason, James is averaging 26.4 points, 8.6 rebounds and 8.7 assists per contest. The King is averaging 31.8 points, 11.8 rebounds and 10.5 assists per game in this series as well. He has yet to have a game without at least 28 points and 10 rebounds. He has been shooting quite well, posting a 54 percent average from the field for the series. If the Cavs are to find a way to win, or maybe even just compete tonight, James is going to have to have another big game.
