Philadelphia 76ers DFS Notes
Joel Embiid (right knee) is being listed as questionable for Game 3 vs. the Hawks. We'd be shocked if he didn't play, but we probably won't get official confirmation on his status until just prior to tip-off.
Atlanta Hawks DFS Notes
De'Andre Hunter will undergo meniscus surgery and miss the remainder of the season. An MRI showed a small tear of the lateral meniscus, so this is just a brutal blow for the Hawks after his heroic performance in Round 1 vs. Julius Randle and the Knicks. His right knee was problematic for most of the season with Hunter missing 49 games, and it remains to be seen just how long his rehab will take -- that will depend on the specifics of the surgery. Hopefully we'll have a timetable when the surgery is completed this weekend.
76ers vs. Hawks Playoffs Prediction
The 76ers are winless against the spread in their last six games in Atlanta and are 7-15 against the number in their last 22 games against the Hawks. They’re also 1-4 against the spread in their last five road games when facing an opponent with a winning home record and are 2-5 ATS in their last even games following a win of more than 10 points. On the other side, the Hawks are 4-1 against the spread in their last five games overall and are 20-6 against the number in their last 26 home games.
