Denver prevailed 102-100 at home Saturday night over Indiana to improve to 46-22 on the season. The Nuggets trailed 60-57 at halftime before outscoring the Pacers 22-15 in the third quarter and holding on in the fourth. Denver shot 39-of-82 from the floor, 11-of-38 from 3-point range plus 13-of-20 at the free throw line. Nikola Jokic led the Nuggets with 26 points before being ejected in the fourth quarter, shooting 11-of-21 from the field plus 2-of-7 from 3-point range and 2-of-2 at the free throw line. He also contributed seven rebounds and five assists. Jamal Murray accounted for 17 points, three caroms and three assists. Will Barton added 17 points, six boards, five dimes and two steals.

Boston earned a 129-120 home victory Saturday against Atlanta despite blowing a 25-point advantage. The Celtics led 74-62 at halftime and withstood the Hawks' second-half rally attempt. Boston shot 44-of-93 from the field, 13-of-36 from 3-point range plus 28-of-37 at the charity stripe. Kyrie Irving led Boston with 30 points on 12-of-24 shooting including 4-of-10 from 3-point distance plus 2-of-3 at the free throw line. He also registered 11 rebounds, nine assists and two blocked shots. Jaylen Brown accounted for 23 points, three boards and two assists. Marcus Morris added 19 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks.
NBA Betting Trends
The Nuggets are 6-14 ATS in their last 20 road games. Denver is 1-4 ATS in its last five games versus the Eastern Conference.
The Celtics are 1-3-1 ATS in their last five games overall. Boston is 2-6-1 ATS in its last nine games versus the Western Conference.
Boston has been solid at home this season and have won five of their last six overall which includes their last two at home. Denver is only 16-16 straight up on the road and I don't see it getting over the hump in this one. The Celtics usually rise to the occasion against good teams on their home court and I don't think this will be any exception. Go with Boston as it is a team playing strong basketball at the moment.
