Toronto opened as an 8.5-point favorite before the line increased by a point. The total has also gone up a point from 217. The spread can now be found at -9.5 and the total at 218 at almost any sportsbook you check.

PUBLIC BETTING

As of Sunday morning, 75 percent of public bets have come in on the visiting Raptors. Online wager info also shows that 52 percent of bets are being placed on the under.

INJURY TO WATCH

Raptors small forward OG Anunoby has missed the last five games with a sprained ankle and is questionable today. Point guard Delon Wright (toe) is doubtful to play. For the Knicks, Courtney Lee (personal matter) is expected to play.

BETTING STRATEGY

Toronto is much better at home as its 28-5 record proves, but is still a solid enough 20-12 on the road. My biggest worry here is a letdown after the Raptors ended the Rockets' 17-game winning streak Friday night with a 108-105 home victory. Toronto is 2-1 in three meetings this season as it won by at least 21 points in the two home games, but also lost 108-100 at the Knicks on Nov. 22. While this is a different New York team without Kristaps Porzingis in the lineup, I believe the early start time and the letdown factor will help the hosts. New York has kept it competitve in recept home games against top-notch competition and I expect that to be the case again here.
