New Orleans Pelicans DFS Spin

C.J. McCollum got hot late and led New Orleans with 25 points (8-for-21 FGs), six rebounds, five assists, one block and three 3-pointers in a 108-99 loss to the Warriors on Friday. McCollum entered the fourth quarter shooting 5-for-15, before hitting his first three shots of the final period, which helped the Pelicans take a late lead. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to hit any of his final three shots, as New Orleans wasn't able to hang on to their advantage. Poor shooting hasn't been uncommon for McCollum, which is often the case with smaller guards. Still, it has limited his value at times, as he has provided value outside the top-150 over the past two weeks. He needs to step up if the Pelicans hope to remain in the play-in tournament.

Sacramento Kings DFS Spin

Domantas Sabonis accumulated 24 points (10-of-18 FGs, 3-of-5 FTs), 14 rebounds, five assists, and one 3-pointer in Saturday's 138-134 loss to the Timberwolves, playing 33 minutes.  While Sabonis did appear to tweak something in his left hand during the second half of Saturday's game, he was never subbed out and ultimately played 33 minutes. The double-double is Domas' 51st of the season and ninth in as many games. The big man is providing top-25 per-game value in 9-cat formats, which was the preseason expectation of many fantasy managers, based on his Yahoo ADP (24). Sabonis was one of four starters to score at least 20 points, with Kevin Huerter (29), De'Aaron Fox (25/2/7/1), and Harrison Barnes (20/4/1 with three 3-pointers) being the others.
