Boston Celtics Fantasy Spin
Kemba Walker (left knee soreness) is probable for Sunday against the Thunder. He saw 30 minutes in his return to the lineup on Friday, so this is just a precaution that he's on the injury report. Walker's knee has bothered him since last month and he's had left knee issues before, so the hope is that the All-Star break helps him get right.
Oklahoma City Thunder Fantasy Spin
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 21 points with two rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one 3-pointer in 36 minutes during a 108-101 win over the Pistons on Friday. Make it nine straight games with a block as SGA's defensive output has taken his fantasy game to a new level. At the time his game ended, SGA was leading the NBA in total minutes (Dame Lillard will pass him), and he's shown up as a very durable player in his NBA career so far. He's still not at his peak yet, and SGA has clearly emerged as a fantasy stud for a long time.
NBA Prediction
The Celtics have been profitable in this series of late, cashing in all four of their last four games against the Thunder and posting a 4-0-1 ATS record in their last five trips to OKC. Boston has also covered five of its last six spreads, is 6-1 against the number in its last seven games when listed as an underdog and have covered in 16 of its last 21 games when facing a team with a winning record. On the other side, the Thunder are just 2-6 against the spread in their last eight home games, are 2-5 against the number in their last seven games as a home favorite and are 1-4 ATS in their last five games when facing a team with a winning record.
