Can the Philadelphia 76ers pull off the upset tonight when they play at the Boston Celtics? Game time is 7PM ET.

Who Oddsmakers Like: Boston. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Celtics are listed as a 6-point favorite on the spread line. The total is set at 212 points. Both the spread and over-under have remained in place since they opened.

Who the Public Likes: As of Thursday morning, public betting info had not been released. Check back later for an update.

Injury Report: Sixers forward Richaun Holmes missed the last game with an illness and is questionable tonight. JJ Redick has a leg injury and will be re-evaluated in 10 days to two weeks. Markelle Fultz is out indefinitely with a shoulder injury. Furkan Korkmaz has a lisfranc injury and will be re-evaluated in early February. For the Celtics, Marcus Smart has an illness and his status for tonight is unknown. Guerschon Yabusele has an illness and is questionable tonight. Kyrie Irving has a sore shoulder and is questionable for tonight's game. Abdel Nader sat out last game with an illness and is questionable tonight. Gordon Hayward is out for the season with a broken ankle and fractured tibia suffered in the season opener.

Who the Trends Like: The over is 6-2 in the last eight meetings in Boston and 6-2 in the last eight meetings overall. The Celtics are 7-1-1 ATS in their last nine games following a straight up loss.

Who We Like: Boston had its seven-game winning streak come to an end last game with a 116-113 overtime loss to the Pelicans. The last victory during the streak was a 114-103 triumph over the Sixers in London. I like the Sixers to cover the spread here. They have won five of their last six, with the only setback being the game in London. And in that game, they actually led by 22 before blowing it with a rough second half. Expect a big night out of Joel Embiid to help Philly keep this one close.

NBA DAILY PREDICTION: PHILADELPHIA 76ERS +6
