NCAA-B | Fairfield vs Houston
Play on: OVER 146½ -110

Scott "The Bulldog" Rickenbach CBB Game #591 Wednesday Free Pick OVER the total in Houston Cougars vs Fairfield Stags @ Noon ET - The Stags weakness this season has been defending the 3-ball as they're allowing 38% from beyond the arc and that doesn't bode well for this match-up as the Cougars are shooting 40% from 3-point land so far this season. While Houston should score plenty in this one, Fairfield also has the ability to hang around with some big scoring of their own. The Stags are known for being physical and, against a similar physical opponent, the Cougars allowed 56% from the field against New Orleans. Also, earlier this season as a similarly priced 14-point fave, Houston allowed 84 points on 47% shooting against Drexel. Fairfield allowed 99 points per game last month in their games against Purdue and Jacksonville as they simply did not defend the perimeter well at all. The problem for the Stags here is the Cougars can also make them pay with the 3-ball and that sets this one up well to be a lively, high-scoring affair. The over is 10-5 in Fairfield's non-conference games in recent seasons and the over is also 4-1 when the Stags are a road dog of 12.5 points or more. Look for the over to improve to 9-5 when Houston is a home fave of 12.5 to 15 points. Also, the Cougars are on an 11-5 run to the over in Wednesday games. Free Pick on OVER the total in Houston

Jim Feist's Comp Pick, Wednesday, December 6, 2017

12/06 04:05 PM PT / 7:05 PM ET

NBA (503) CHICAGO BULLS VS (504) INDIANA PACERS

Take: UNDER

Reason: Your free play for Wednesday, December 6, 2017 is in the NBA contest between the Chicago Bulls and the Indiana Pacers. The Bulls are having a horrible season at 3-19 S/U and 9-12-1 ATS on the year. The offense is almost non-existent, averaging just 95.6 ppg and shooting just 41.3% from the field. The Bulls have scored less than 100 points in six of their last eight games (all losses). Meanwhile, Indiana is having a decent season, posting a 13-11 S/U and 15-9-0 ATS mark. The Pacers average 108.9 ppg this season. I'm looking at the UNDER here tonight. The Bulls are 16-36 their last 52 games having 1 day rest and 2-6 O/U their last eight vs the East. The teams have gone under in seven of the last eight meetings in Indiana and have gone under in 20 of the last 28 in the series. Play the UNDER.

Dallas at BOSTON (-9)
By Tommy Brunson

Wednesday free play release is the Celtics minus the points over the Mavericks.

Boston keeps right on chuggin' along, 21-4 for the season, 11-2 straight up at home, and tonight they add to those winning marks against a Dallas team they have already bested, 110-102 in overtime back on November 20th, as they were able to cover the number in the extra-session as the -6 1/2 point choice.

The Celtics have now won and covered the last 3 series meetings against the Mavericks. Boston also happens to be on a 5-1 straight up run with covers in 4 of their last 6 games.

The Mavericks are just 2-7 straight up on the road this year, and 4-5 against the spread in those highway affairs.

Have to lay it with the C's on Wednesday night in Beantown.

3* BOSTON

NBA | Warriors vs Hornets
Play on: Warriors -5½ -103 at 5Dimes

7-1-1 L9 FREE PICKS

The Golden State Warriors are likely to be without Stephen Curry for a couple of weeks after the All Star guard suffering a sprained ankle in Monday's 125-115 win at New Orleans. This is still a team packed with talent though, and I think the Warriors will get the better of Charlotte at Spectrum Center Wednesday night.

The Hornets are coming off a 104-94 win over Orlando on Monday, but they had dropped four straight games prior to that game and they've been struggling with their shooting more or less all season, ranking just 26th in the league in field-goal percentage. Scoring buckets is not an issue for the Warriors and they have averaged 127 points per game during a four-game winning streak.

Charlotte is a solid 8-3 SU and ATS at home on the season, but note that the Warriors are 12-4 ATS in their last 16 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of greater than .600.

My free pick is on Golden State Warriors.

NBA | Nuggets vs Pelicans
Play on: Pelicans -4½ -110 at 5Dimes

Free pick on Pelicans -

I like the value here with New Orleans laying a short number at home against the Nuggets. While the Pelicans are expected to be without Anthony Davis, Denver is down two of their top players in Nikola Jokic and Paul Millsap. New Orleans still has DeMarcus Cousins, who is more than capable of shouldering the load offensively, though he should get some help here, as the role players typically play much better at home.

This game is also personal for the Pelicans, as they haven't forgot about a 146-114 beating they took at the hand of these Nuggets in Denver back on Nov. 15. New Orleans is 3-1 ATS over the last 3 seasons when revenging a loss of 30 or more points.

Denver has also had some big time struggles of late on the road. They are just 1-5 SU in their last 6 road games with the only win coming against the Kings. All 5 losses during this stretch have come by at least 17 points, including a 29-point loss at Utah and 30-point defeat at Houston. All we need is the Pelicans to win by 5. Take New Orleans!

Detroit (+4) at MILWAUKEE
By Joey Juice

This underdog is getting too many points, and I will cash in here on Wednesday.

This is a must-win for the Pistons tonight as they have dropped three straight and could really use a win. However gambler's continue to sing their praises as despite the losses they remain simply remarkable against the spread this season. The Bucks winning streak ended at 3 when they were up ended by the Celtics at Boston.

A look inside the numbers.shows us that Detroit clearly is the play here on the road. The Pistons are 11-1 ATS in their last 12 road games against teams with a winning home record. The Bucks on the other hand are 3-8-1 ATS in their last 12 home games, and 4-9 ATS in their last 13 games playing on 1 day of rest

Detroit maybe an underdog here but not when it comes to the covering the spread, they are 15-7-1 ATS headed into this one.

Go with the road team here to cover the spread.

2* DETROIT

Detroit at MILWAUKEE (-4)
By Jack Brayman

My free play for tonight will be on the Milwaukee Bucks over the Detroit Pistons in a situational spot.

Detroit has the better record, but that won't matter tonight in this situation, as the Pistons are playing their fourth road game in six nights, after three straight losses in D.C., Philadelphia and San Antonio. And the way they've lost the last two - by close margins - is hard to overcome.

The Pistons will be in letdown mode, and will want nothing more than to get home for three games, and end this dismal road trip. They've actually played on the road eight times in their last 10 games, including a 99-95 loss in Milwaukee on Nov. 15.

I don't trust the Pistons here, as they're going to fall flat. Lay the points.

1* BUCKS

NCAA-B | Georgia Tech vs Wofford
Play on: Georgia Tech -4 -112 at betonline

10* FREE NCAAB PICK (Georgia Tech -4)

I think we are getting a great price here with the Yellow Jackets, who I feel are a bit undervalued right now because of the fact they are missing one of their best players on Josh Okogie. He's yet to play this season and Georgia Tech has started out a respectable 4-3 with a win over a good Northwestern team and all 3 losses have been by 7 points or less, with 2 of those being Power 5 opponents in UCLA and Tennessee. I just don't think Wofford is going to be able to keep this one as close as the books are calling for here. The Terriers are 4-4 but haven't beat anyone. What stands out to me is they have a 21 points loss at home to South Carolina, 14-point loss at Cal, 23-point loss to Texas Tech and 20-point loss to UNC-Ashevile. When this team has played a decent opponent they not only have lost but lost badly. I think we see the Yellow Jackets win here by double-digits for the easy cover. Give me Georgia Tech -4!

NBA | Pistons vs Bucks
Play on: Bucks -4 -105 at 5Dimes

Jack’s Free Pick Wednesday: Milwaukee Bucks -4

I like the number we are getting with the Milwaukee Bucks at home tonight against the Detroit Pistons. The Bucks are playing well right now having won three of their last four with their only loss coming on the road against the team with the best record in the NBA in the Boston Celtics.

The Pistons are in a tough spot here. They will be playing their 4th road game in 6 days and won’t have a whole lot left in the tank. They lost each of the first three to Washington, Philadelphia and San Antonio. I think they get swept on this road trip here Wednesday.

Home-court advantage has been huge in this series between these teams. Indeed, the home team has won four straight and nine of the last 11 meetings overall. The home team won both previous meetings this season as this will be their 3rd meeting of the year.

Detroit is 15-28 ATS in road games off a non-conference game over the last three seasons. The Pistons are 1-4 ATS in their last five vs. Eastern Conference foes. The Bucks are 3-1-1 ATS in their last five games following a loss. Bet the Bucks Wednesday.

Teddy Covers
Dec 06 '17, 7:05 PM in 5h
NBA | Hawks vs Magic
Play on: Hawks +6½ -108 at 5Dimes

Recommendation: Take Atlanta (#501)

Teddy delivered the perfect 3-0 Tuesday Night sweep for himself and his clients! This isn't new or different! Teddy is riding a 73% All Sports start to December and an 83% College Hoops hot streak over the past ten days! Ride the hot hand again on Wednesday with Teddy's Tremendous Trifecta in NBA and college hoops action!

Orlando has no business as chalk these days. Since their 6-2 start, the Magic are who we thought they were, just 4-13 SU in their last 17 ballgames. Here at the Amway Center in Orlando, we’ve seen the Magic lose SU as favorites to the likes of the Bulls, Pacers and Jazz (without Gobert) in recent weeks.

The Magic are coming off their best defensive game in weeks against Charlotte; a rarity for a team ranked in the bottom quartile of the NBA in defensive efficiency. Orlando still lost that game by double digits, thanks to an offense that couldn’t hit a shot while committing 20 turnovers, all while losing the rebounding battle yet again! This team has been a 33% ATS proposition when laying -3 or higher this year, not a squad to lay points with.

Atlanta is just 2-9 SU at home this year, but they’ve been covering pointspreads with consistency in hostile environments, on a 67% run as road underdogs. That includes a SU win at Brooklyn in their last try in this role. Coming off a particularly ugly second half wipeout on Monday, look for a focused effort from Mike Budenholzer’s squad here. Take the Hawks.
