USF Tulsa tough game to cap. USF has a good win vs Georgia Tech, the rest vs bad teams. Tulsa decent showings against good teams, Texas, Temple and UH. Tulsas newest QB seemed to be better too, although Tulsa run defense is bad and USF loves to run. Tulsa home dog, might lean to them to stay within the number here, not fully decided yet.
Arizona Utah, seems like a lot of points. Although Arizonas offense is very suspect and Utahs defense is not suspect. Utah with a clear coaching advantage here, Whittingham over Sumlin, night game in Utah, they should have a good crowd. Utah seems to be coming on. Leaning Utah here.
