Love the underdog price here on the Stars since they have a very bad taste in their mouth for the way they lost their last game before the break - a 7-0 loss to Minnesota. Dallas is very strong at home and not sure the Lightning are going to be super fired up to get back in action after their break. Give me the Stars at this dog price as the play of the day for Monday.

Vasilevskiy leads the league with 24 triumphs and is 7-0-0 with a .962 save percentage this month. The Stars have dropped three of their last four. The Magic just lost to the Clippers as well, and I'm not sure how well they will play here on back-to-back nights on the road in Miami. This game sets up nicely for the Heat, who were crushed in the last meeting in Orlando earlier this year where the Heat were just 7-for-37 from long range. The Magic are just 2-5 since DJ Augustin went down with a knee injury and 8-15 on the road this year and 0-4 ATS when playing on zero days rest.

On the other side of the court will be the Rockets, who already have ruled out Russell Westbrook (rest). It also looks like they will be without James Harden (thigh), who is listed as doubtful. Despite this lofty line, I like the Jazz to cover.

Yes, Chicago posted a 12-point victory in Cleveland on Saturday. It was an impressive way for the Bulls to pick themselves up off the mat after a dreadful 17-point home loss to Sacramento the previous night. They scored only 81 points in that setback and likely will continue to struggle offensively with Lauri Markkanen (pelvis) out. The Spurs suffered a close loss against Toronto on Sunday, but they are 3-1 ATS in the second game of back-to-back sets, so there’s not a ton of concern there. I think they win this one going away, so I’ll take them to cover this small line.
