It's Thursday, which means there's a lot of college basketball action, not just on the West Coast. There are nine Top 25 teams in action including two top ten teams. So take a look at some of the games on TV listed below and you might find a game you might want to lay some action on.
Let's get ready!
#5 Michigan (16-1 SU, 9-6 ATS) at #9 Minnesota (15-2 SU, 11-4 ATS)
Last game: (3/9/12). MICHIGAN (-5.5) over Minnesota, 73-69ot, Michigan is coming off their first loss of the season, a 56-53 defeat at Ohio State on Sunday, getting 2. They take on a Minnesota team that is also coming off a loss, an 88-81 loss on the road to Indiana on Saturday, getting 2. But both teams can run as Minnesota averages 76.3ppg and Michigan averages 77.8ppg, while shooting 50.3% from the field. Michigan is 26-11 ATS last 37 vs. Big 10. College Basketball Odds: Minnesota is a 3-point favorite. Total: 139.5.
#9 Florida (12-2 SU, 7-4 ATS) at Texas A&M (12-3 SU, 5-3 ATS)
Last year: FLORIDA (-11) over Texas A&M, 84-64. Texas A&M doesn't exactly have a rivalry with Florida and Johnny quarterback is not stepping on the floor. Florida is coming off four straight wins including a 74-52 road win over LSU on Saturday, giving 11. The Aggies have also won four straight, including Saturday's upset of Kentucky on the road, 83-71, getting 15. Elston Turner put up 40 points to lead Texas A&M and averages a little over 17ppg to rank third in the SEC. Florida is 11-5 ATS last 16 overall. Hoops Odds: Florida is a 95-point favorite. Total: 122.5.
Oregon (14-2 SU, 8-6 ATS) at Southern Cal (7-10 SU, 6-9-1 ATS)
Last game: (1/19/12). OREGON (-6.5) over USC, 65-62. This is an interesting game because USC just fired coach Kevin O'Neill on Monday. Assistant Bob Cantu will take over for O'Neill, whose team won on Saturday, 76-59, giving 3 on the road. AD Pat Haden fired O'Neill not because his team just won but because he was 48-65 in three-plus seasons. Oregon is coming off five straight wins including a 68-65 home win against Arizona State on Sunday giving 8.5. USC is 9-24-1 ATS last 34 overall. College Hoops Odds: Oregon s a 2.5-point favorite. Total: 131.5.
