Obama doesn't need to play the identity card, Sotomayor did that on her own with her statements about her race and gender influencing her decisions. She also made that statement that an Appeals Judge's job is to make policy. ??? Oh rrrrrreaaaally? I thought a judge's job is to interpret law. If a white Republican male made her exact statements, he would be deemed a racist. Now she is about to elected to the highest judicial office in our country. Nice double standards Weatherman. This is just one example why no one takes you seriously.

I think she'll be in as well. Just goes to show that the standards aren't too high and the double standard is worse than it has ever been. Congratulations! I bet if Obama nominated Judge Judy you would be happy. You are to Obama as the nazis were to Hitler..........sheep being led to the slaughter!
