Jaguars vs. Falcons Sunday Prediction
The Falcons are coming off an upset win of the 49ers as a double-digit underdog and are now laying 7.5 points to the Jaguars on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. ET. Is this a letdown spot for Atlanta, creating betting value with Jacksonville?

Jacksonville Jaguars Fantasy Spin
D.J. Chark (ankle) is questionable for Week 16 against the Falcons. Despite the questionable tag, Jaguars coach Doug Marrone said he fully expects Chark to play Sunday in Atlanta. Assuming Chark's ankle is up to it, the second-year stud should feast playing indoors against one of the league's worst secondaries. Just 44 yards stand between Chark and his first 1,000-yard receiving season. Keelan Cole will revert to backup status with Chark, Chris Conley and slot receiver Dede Westbrook operating in three-wide sets against the Falcons
Atlanta Falcons Fantasy Spin
Devonta Freeman (knee) returned to Falcons practice Thursday, getting in a "limited" session. The assembled media was uncertain if Freeman practiced, but he did enough to earn a "limited" tag. It's probably still too early to guarantee he will suit up against the 49ers, though he is now trending in that direction. If Freeman does play, he will find himself on the RB2/3 borderline for the fantasy semifinals.
NFL Betting Trends
Jacksonville
The Jaguars are 1-5 against the spread in their last six games overall and are just 2-6 against the number in their last eight games coming off a win.

The Falcons are 5-2 against the spread in their last seven games overall but are just 2-5 against the number in their last seven games as a home favorite.
Prediction
This is a perfect letdown spot for a Falcons team that isn’t that good but somehow has pulled off a couple of huge upsets this season in New Orleans and in San Francisco. After beating the Saints and Panthers in back-to-back wins following their byes, the Falcons returned home and laid points to the Bucs, only to get smoked. I see a similar situation on Sunday, as the Falcons are flying high off their win over the 49ers and perhaps will be overconfident against the Jaguars. Both of these teams are 5-9. The Falcons shouldn’t be laying 7.5 points to many teams in the league, including the Jags.
