Several point spreads have shifted significantly over the past few days, including the line in Thursday night's matchup in St. Louis.

After the Rams beat the Lions and the Bucs fell to the Saints in Week 14, the point spread for Thursday night's matchup this week opened as a pick'em. But according to oddsmakers from online sports book RealBet.eu, the Rams are nowa  1.5-point favorite over the Bucs while the total sits at 41 points. The big injury-related news regarding this matchup is that Todd Gurley will play for St. Louis, and receiver Vincent Jackson is likely to miss the rest of the season for Tampa.

Panthers at Giants, 1:00PM ET

Bettors aren't backing off the undefeated Panthers. After destroying the Falcons 38-0, Carolina opened as a 4-point road favorite in East Rutherford this Sunday. But the line is now up to 5.5, even after the Giants beat the Dolphins on Monday night to stay in the playoff hunt. The Panthers are 13-0 on the season and 10-3 against the spread, which includes a mark of 5-1 ATS on the road.

Spreads climb even higher in Foxboro and Seattle

The games with the biggest point spreads this week reside in Foxboro and Seattle. The Patriots opened as a 13.5-point home favorite versus the Titans at 1:00PM ET but the line has climbed to New England -14. As for Seattle, the Seahawks opened as 14-point home favorites versus the Browns at 4:05PM ET, but that line has climbed to 14.5. Thus, if you're willing to lay the points on the Pats and Hawks this week, don't wait. There could be some buy back from sharps on the two road dogs, but the lines are unlikely to fall that much (if they do at all).
