Los Angeles Rams Fantasy Spin

Jared Goff completed 22-of-31 passes for 293 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions in the Rams' Week 14 win over Seattle. Goff started off hot, leading the Rams to scoring drives on three of their first four possessions. Bad Goff showed up in the second half, getting intercepted on consecutive drives, including a pick-six on the opening possession. Goff’s touchdowns were easy red-zone throws to Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp. This was far from a perfect game from Goff, but he now has multiple touchdowns passes in back-to-back weeks. The Rams improved to 8-5 and stayed in the Wild Card hunt with the win. Goff will be a high-end QB2 for a matchup with Dallas in Week 15.

Dallas Cowboys Fantasy Spin

Dak Prescott suffered a sprained left hand and injured the index finger on his right hand in Thursday's Week 14 loss to Chicago. Coach Jason Garrett expects Prescott to be "fine." The injures may have led to a wildly inaccurate game from Prescott, who completed just 55 percent of his passes. The Cowboys are on a mini-bye, so Prescott has 10 days to rest up for a Week 15 matchup with the Rams.

The Rams defense has held opponents the last two weeks, holding the Cardinals to a single touchdown two Sundays ago and the Seahawks to just 12 points last weekend. In fact, throw out the 45 points the Rams surrendered to the Ravens three weeks ago on Monday Night Football and the team has allowed opponents to score 12 points or fewer in seven of their last eight games. Meanwhile, the Cowboys offense has looked sharp the past three weeks. They scored 24 points last Thursday in Chicago but 17 of those came in the fourth quarter after the Bears had jumped out to a 24-7 lead. Dallas was also held to just 15 points by Buffalo on Thanksgiving Day and nine points by New England three weeks ago. With the Rams defense playing some of its best football of the season and the Cowboys offense playing some of its worst ball of the year, give me the under on Sunday.
