With his Panthers now 12-0, quarterback Cam Newton is the current favorite to win the NFL MVP award this season.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book RealBet.eu, Newton is a 1/3 favorite to win the MVP award this season. Not only has he led the Panthers to an undefeated season and a NFC South championship, but he's also thrown for 2,797 yards, rushed for 476 yards, and has scored a combined 32 touchdowns on the season.
