Cardinals vs. Vikings TNF spread climbs
The point spread for tonight's Vikings and Cardinals game at 8:25PM ET continues to climb at the betting window.
After opening as a 7.5-point favorite, the Cardinals are now 9-point favorites according to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI. The total has also climbed, going from 45 points up to 46.
One reason for the line movement is the fact that the Vikings are severely banged up on the defensive side of the ball. Anthony Barr (groin), Harrison Smith (hamstring), Andrew Sendejo (knee) and Linval Joseph (foot) have all been ruled out for tonight's game, meaning Minnesota will be without a key member of its defense at every level tonight.
Last week, a banged up Vikings defense surrendered 38 points and 433 yards in a 38-7 loss to the Seahawks at home. The task doesn't get any easier tonight versus Carson Palmer and the Cardinals, who currently rank No. 1 in both total yards per game on offense, as well as No. 1 in points scored per game.
