Devin Funchess (back) is questionable for Week 13 against the Bucs. We expect Funchess to be out there against Tampa Bay after getting in limited practice work the past two days. Coach Ron Rivera said Funchess would have been listed as probable if that injury designation still existed. Curtis Samuel figures to see fewer reps with Funchess back in the lineup this week.

Bucs LB Lavonte David (knee) is questionable for Week 13 against the Panthers. David has been sidelined since suffering a knee injury in Week 10. Despite the questionable tag, it would be a surprise if he did not return this week following a full practice on Friday. David's return will be a big boost for a struggling defense.

The Bucs are coming off a convincing win over the 49ers but they’re also one of the most inconsistent teams in the NFL, led by quarterback Jameis Winston. The Panthers’ season is essentially on the line following another loss last week to the Seahawks. They’ve struggled on the road this year but I like them to get their act together today in Tampa and right the ship before making a playoff run.
