According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Lions are 2.5-point home favorites over the Eagles after Detroit opened as a 2-point home underdog. At one point during the week, the Eagles were a 1-point favorite but the line has seemingly found a resting place as a pick'em. As for the total, the number opened at 46 and that's where it currently sits.

Records & Streaks

The Lions are 3-7 on the year both straight up and against the spread but have covered in back-to-back games (both straight up wins). They're 1-4 against the spread at home this season while averaging 20.6 points per game at Ford Field. As for the Eagles, they're 4-6 after dropping back-to-back games and are now just 4-6 against the spread. They're 2-3 ATS on the road this season.

The Pick

The Eagles are a mess. Last year they averaged 29.6 points per game on offense. This season, they're averaging 22.9 points while developing no chemistry or cohesion on offense. They can't run the ball, their quarterbacks have been mistake-prone (see Mark Sanchez's three interceptions last week in a 45-17 trouncing against the Bucs), and their players are feuding on the sideline. The Lions, meanwhile, are heading in a different direction. Their defense has improved greatly the past two weeks and while their offense isn't firing on all cylinders, Matthew Stafford and Co. should take advantage of good field position and a tired Philadelphia defense when Sanchez fails to move the ball. Despite the Lions' struggles on Thanksgiving, things may go from bad to worse for Chip Kelly's Eagles.
