Browns vs. Bengals Week 7 Prediction
AFC North rivals clash in Cincinnati on Sunday when the Bengals host the Browns at 1:00 p.m. ET. Are the Bengals a good back for bettors in a revenge spot or will Baker Mayfield and Co. rebound from their loss to the Steelers last week to win and cover as a road favorite?
451 Cleveland Browns (-3) at 452 Cincinnati Bengals (+3); o/u 51
1:00 p.m. ET, Sunday, October 25, 2020
Venue: Paul Brown Stadium, Cincinnati, OH
Cleveland Browns DFS Spin
Browns RB Kareem Hunt (groin) was not on the team's Friday injury report and will play this week against the Bengals. Hunt is in a fantastic spot against a Bengals defense allowing the sixth most rushing yards per game. Bengals opponents have averaged 28.2 rushing attempts per game, so we can expect Kevin Stefanski's offense to keep it on the ground this week. Cleveland put up 215 yards on the ground against the Bengals in Week 2. Hunt is locked in as a low-end RB1 for Week 7.
Cincinnati Bengals DFS Spin
Joe Mixon (foot) has been ruled out for Week 7 against the Browns. Mixon played through his foot injury in the second half of Week 6. It didn't respond to treatment this week and the Bengals held him out of practice. Mixon will miss at least one game and could potentially be looking at a multi-week absence. Gio Bernard will start for Mixon, with Samaje Perine and Trayveon Williams backing him up.
Browns vs. Bengals Betting Prediction
The Browns are just 2-10 against the spread in their last 12 games versus the Bengals and have failed to cover in four of their last five trips to Cincinnati. Cleveland is also 1-8 against the number in its last nine road games, is winless at the betting window in its last five games versus the AFC North and is 1-5 ATS in its last six conference matchups. On the other side, the Bengals have covered the spread in four of their last five games overall and are 4-0 against the number in their last four games coming off a loss.
