Chiefs vs. Bengals Spread Prediction
The Sunday Night Football matchup is a good one this week, as the 5-1 Kansas City Chiefs host the 4-2 Cincinnati Bengals in a game between two playoff contenders. Is it safe to lay six points with the Chiefs?

Public Betting Trends
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetNow.eu, the Chiefs are 6-point favorites to beat the Bengals. The total, meanwhile, sits at 57.5 points. As of this writing, 65% of the public betting tickets are on the Chiefs to cover the point spread.
Cincinnati Bengals
C.J. Uzomah (shoulder) wasn't listed on the Bengals' final injury report for Week 7 against the Chiefs. He was upgraded to full participation at Friday's practice after being limited earlier in the week. Uzomah drew a season-high seven targets in last week's loss to Pittsburgh and should continue to play an active role in the Bengals' passing game sans Tyler Eifert (I.R., ankle). He'll be an intriguing streamer Sunday night against Kansas City's Swiss cheese secondary.
Kansas City Chiefs
Eric Berry (heel) is doubtful for Week 7 against the Bengals. The Chiefs have been listing Berry as "doubtful" all season. He's yet to play a game while working through a heel injury and we imagine that trend will continue on Sunday night. His absence will make life easier for tight end C.J. Uzomah.
NFL Betting Trends
Cincinnati
The Bengals are 8-1 against the spread in their last nine games versus AFC opponents.
Kansas City
The Chiefs are a near-perfect 10-1 against the spread in their last 11 games overall.
Prediction
After rallying last week in Foxborough to cover as a 3.5-point road underdog, the Chiefs are a perfect 6-0 against the spread this season. At some point they’ll stumble and their perfect ATS record will be spoiled but that’s not reason enough to fade one of the best teams in the league. This point spread is about right but until someone proves that they can slow down Kansas City’s offense, I’ll continue to back Patrick Mahomes and Co. The Bengals are incredibly banged-up on offense, are coming off a last-minute loss to a hated rival at home, and are traveling this week. I’m laying the points.
NFL Week 7 Prediction: Kansas City Chiefs -6
