Eagles coach Doug Pederson implied DeSean Jackson (abdomen) will miss Week 7 against the Cowboys. Jackson has reportedly made progress in his recovery from a strained abdomen, though he still hasn't played or practiced since Week 2. He won't be in uniform Sunday at Dallas and should be officially ruled out when final injury reports are submitted Friday afternoon. Alshon Jeffery, Nelson Agholor and Mack Hollins have been operating as Philadelphia's top receivers throughout Jackson's absence.

According to Clarence Hill of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Randall Cobb (back) will do "something" at Friday's practice. La'El Collins (knee), Amari Cooper (ankle/quad), Byron Jones (hamstring), Zack Martin (ankle/back) and Tyron Smith (ankle) will also be on hand for Friday's session, the last practice work the Cowboys will get before their primetime showdown with Philadelphia Sunday night. Friday will mark the first reps Cobb has seen since injuring his back at practice last week. With Cobb and Cooper both question marks for Sunday, last-man-standing Michael Gallup should be a home run fantasy play, particularly given all the injury and bye-week carnage at the position.
