Jacksonville Jaguars Fantasy Spin
Dede Westbrook (shoulder) won't practice Thursday. Westbrook wasn't listed on the injury report Wednesday, so this new shoulder injury is very concerning. Marqise Lee (ankle) is banged up as well. Westbrook is a deserving start option this week if healthy, as he carries a solid floor with at least five targets in every game this season. The entire Jaguars pass offense is set up well against a Bengals secondary expected to be without starting CBs Dre Kirkpatrick (knee) and William Jackson (shoulder) for multiple weeks.
Cincinnati Bengals Fantasy Spin
The Athletic's Katherine Terrell considers Tyler Eifert a potential trade target for the Saints. Via league sources, Terrell reports the Saints have "shown past interest" in Eifert. Now that he’s finally back to full health, Terrell "(wouldn't) be surprised" if the Saints made a run at the 29-year-old tight end. There have been reports that the Saints are on the prowl for an additional pass catcher. Eifert is contributing close to nothing to a broken offense in Cincinnati.
NFL Betting Trends
Jacksonville
The under is 5-2 in the Jaguars’ last seven games played in the month of October and is 6-1 in their last seven games coming off a loss.
Cincinnati
The under is 4-0 in the Bengals’ last four games after allowing more than 150 yards rushing in their previous game.
Prediction
The over has been profitable when these two teams meet in Cincinnati, going 6-2-2 in the last 10 meetings at Paul Brown Stadium. The over is also 15-6 in the Jaguars’ last 21 games after they allowed less than 15 points in their previous game and is a perfect 5-0 in their last five road games when facing an opponent with a losing home record. On the other side, the over is 5-1-1 in the Bengals’ last seven home games and is 25-12-1 in their last 38 games played in the month of October.
