Kansas City is 10-3 against the spread in its last 13 games in Oakland, while the road team is 20-6 against the spread in the last 26 games between these two teams. Andy Reid's teams are 15-2 coming off a bye and the Chiefs are entering desperation mode. Look for them to be focused and prepared against their division rival today.
