Pittsburgh Steelers Fantasy Spin
Mason Rudolph (concussion) is in the league's protocol. Rudolph was unsurprisingly placed in the league's concussion protocol following a nasty fall that resulted in him banging his head against the field in Week 5. There's no official word he'll miss out on Week 6 just yet, but the severity of the injury suggests UDFA Devlin Hodges will start. All Steelers need to be downgraded in the short term for fantasy purposes.
Los Angeles Chargers Fantasy Spin
Coach Anthony Lynn wouldn't rule out Hunter Henry (knee) for the Chargers' Week 6 matchup against the Steelers. Specifically, Lynn stated, "He was moving around pretty good last week (on the side working with trainers) ... So we'll see if we can try to work him in (to practice) this week ... But there's no guarantee he'll be back." It sounds like Henry might still be a week or two away from a return, but things are certainly trending in a positive direction. The Chargers will continue to utilize both Virgil Green and Lance Kendricks at TE while Henry remains sidelined
NFL Betting Trends
Pittsburgh
The under is 6-2 in the Steelers’ last eight games after accumulating less than 90 yards rushing in their previous game.
Los Angeles
The under is 8-2 in the Chargers’ last 10 games after allowing more than 150 yards rushing in their previous game.
Prediction
The under is 4-1 in the Chargers’ last five home games, is 21-8 in their last 29 conference games and is a perfect 4-0 in their last four games overall. On the other side, the under is also 5-1 in the Steelers’ last six conference games, is 37-15 in their last 52 road games and is 35-16 in their last 51 games when facing an opponent with a losing record. With the amount of injuries that the Steelers have, especially at quarterback, and with the way the Chargers have looked offensively, the under is the only play Sunday night.
NFL Week 6 Prediction: Steelers/Chargers UNDER 41
