Jimmy Graham (groin) will play in Week 4 against the Eagles. Graham was a limited participant at Friday's practice but officially removed from the team's injury report. The Eagles have allowed a median rate of fantasy points per game (6.5) to tight ends, but Graham did notably strike for 3/30/1 when last healthy in Week 1. Green Bay's offense is in prime position to stack points on Thursday.

The Eagles played poorly the past two weeks in Atlanta and against the Lions, respectively, but could have/should have won both games. If Nelson Agholor doesn’t drop a walk-in touchdown against the Falcons in the closing minute of the game, or several balls a week ago versus the Lions, then maybe Philly is 3-0 instead of 1-2. And what would the line be if both teams are undefeated coming into Week 4? Green Bay -3? Maybe Packers -2? I see some value in the dog tonight with the points, despite the fact that the Eagles remain banged-up offensively.
