Cleveland Browns Fantasy Spin

Baker Mayfield completed 18-of-35 passes for 195 yards with a touchdown and an interception in Week 3 against the Rams. Mayfield was bad in this one, taking three sacks and rarely staying inside the pocket. His struggles continued against zone coverage, something the Rams run as much as any team. Mayfield had a chance to tie the game on the final drive but couldn't score on four straight plays inside the five-yard line. Even with an improved supporting cast, Mayfield has taken a step back through the first three games. Things won't get any easier for Mayfield with a matchup against the Ravens in Week 4.

Baltimore Ravens Fantasy Spin

Lamar Jackson completed 22-of-43 passes for 267 yards in the Ravens' 33-28, Week 3 loss to the Chiefs, adding eight rushes for 46 yards and a touchdown. After making things look too easy for Weeks 1 and 2, Jackson really struggled as a passer in this one, needing a pair of miracle second half conversions to get his yardage above 250. The first was a blind heave near the goal line on fourth down, the second a cross-field toss that could have easily been picked on a third down. Showing why he's so dangerous as a fantasy weapon, Jackson saved his rough day through the air with his legs, flashing a ridiculous shimmy and spin on his nine-yard rushing score in the fourth quarter. Jackson can gut defenses and win fantasy matchups in a variety of ways. He will remain a locked-in top-five QB1 for next week's hosting of the Browns.

NFL Betting Trends

Cleveland

The under is 5-2-1 in the Browns’ last eight games overall and is 15-7 in their last 22 games when facing an opponent with a winning record.

Baltimore

The under is 5-2 in the Ravens’ last seven games during the fourth week of the season and is 8-3 in their last 11 games when facing an opponent with a losing record.

Prediction

The Ravens surrendered 503 total yards last week versus the Chiefs, but Kansas City will embarrass most defenses this season. Baltimore is unlikely to be challenged Sunday like it was last week at Arrowhead Stadium. The Browns have issues offensively, namely along the offensive line and specifically at the tackle positions. Despite having Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry at his disposal, Mayfield hasn’t been as good the first three weeks as he was in the second half of last year. Meanwhile, Cleveland’s defense gave the team a shot last week despite facing an explosive Rams offense. The under is 4-1 in the last five meetings between these two teams and is 6-2 in the last eight meetings in Baltimore.

NFL Week 4 Prediction: Browns/Ravens UNDER 45.5
