NFL Betting Trends
Detroit
The Lions are 8-2 against the spread in their last 10 games following a double-digit loss at home. They are 4-11-1 ATS in their last 16 games on grass.
San Francisco
The 49ers are 4-11 against the spread in their last 15 home games and 1-4 ATS in their last five Week 2 games.
Prediction:
The Lions looked absolutely awful on Monday night and they have a short turnaround to go out West. San Francisco was at least competitive with the Vikings on the road. The San Fran ground game should run through the Lions while Jimmy G makes passes when he needs to. The Lions can’t run the ball, which puts a lot of pressure on Stafford and he seems to be struggling with a new head coach.
NFL Prediction: San Francisco 49ers -6
