Ian Desmond went 2-for-4 with a double. Kyle Freeland took the loss as he surrendered five earned runs on six hits over four innings, striking out six and walking three. Aaron Judge was 1-for-3 with a home run, two walks, two runs and two RBIs. D.J. LeMahieu finished 2-for-5 with two runs and two RBIs against his former team. J.A. MLB Betting Trends
Colorado
The Rockies are 1-5 in their last six road games. Colorado is 2-8 in its last 10 games versus a right-handed starter.
New York
The Yankees are 6-0 in the last six Tanaka starts. New York is 55-23 in its last 78 games overall.
Prediction:
Senzatela is a good example as to why win-loss records for pitcher mean exactly nothing. He's been poor all season, home and away, and yet has eight wins among his 14 decisions. Considering he gave up seven earned runs in 4 1/3 innings in his last road start at Arizona, I can't put faith in him today. Tanaka has had an All-Star season and should be able to guide the hosts to a convincing win.
