Yuli Gurriel went 3-for-4 and homered Thursday against the Red Sox. Gurriel cooled off in May after his fantastic April, but he continued to drive in runs at a nice pace, and he's now up to 40 RBI in 51 games for the season. He's tied for eighth in the majors in that category, and he's the only player in the top 25 in RBI who hasn't reached double figures in homers (today's was his eighth of the year).
Toronto Blue Jays DFS Spin
Bo Bichette delivered a game-tying triple in the ninth to help the Blue Jays beat the Marlins 6-5 on Wednesday. Bichette had struck out three times and walked once on the night before delivering the big hit off Yimi Garcia and knocking in two to tie the game. The Jays later won on Joe Panik's sac fly (Starling Marte actually dropped the ball and the Marlins wouldn't have gotten an out on the play, but that didn't matter). It still doesn't seem like Bichette has gotten hot yet, but he's tied for the major league lead with 44 runs scored and has 11 homers, 34 RBI and seven steals. His current .262 average is well off what he did in 46 games as a a rookie in 2019 (.311) or his 29 games last year (.301).
Astros vs. Blue Jays Betting Prediction
The Astros are 10-4 in their last 14 games versus the Blue Jays, are 4-1 in their last five games overall and are 4-1 in their last five games versus the American League East. The Blue Jays, meanwhile, are just 2-6 in their last eight home games and are 0-6 in their last six home games when facing an opponent with a losing record.
