A small sample, to be sure, but Segura has shown the ability to hit for average in the past, and he's looked like the player who hit over .300 each year from 2016 to 2018.

Sandoval came up with two outs and a runner on first in a 3-1 game, and with two strikes, the veteran swatted a game-tying homer off Hector Neris in a game the Braves won in 12 innings. Sandoval has been a weapon off the bench for Atlanta, as he's hit four homers and is slashing a very strong .290/.389/.677. It's been fun to watch for those who remember Sandoval as one of the better third baseman in baseball in his time with the Giants.
