SCOTTSDALE, AZ (ATS Consultants) - Which golfer will taste victory this weekend when the PGA heads to Scottsdale, AZ for the 2014 Waste Management Phoenix Open?

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Phil Mickelseon is a 12/1 favorite to win this weekend while Webb Simpson has the next best odds at 16/1 and Keegan Bradley is 22/1. Bubba Watson, meanwhile, is 25/1, as is Harris English, while Bill Haas, Brandt Snedeker, Gary Woodland, Graham Delaet, Hunter Mahan and Ryan Palmer are all 28/1, respectively.

The 2014 Waste Management Phoenix Open takes place starting Thursday, January 30 and runs through Sunday, February 2 from TPC Scottsdale in Arizona. Below are our predictions for this weekend's event.

Phil Mickelson (12/1)

Mickelson is the defending Waste Management Phoenix Open champ and announced earlier this week that he would compete this weekend after testing out his balky back. This is his 25th appearance in the tournament and is seeking a record fourth championship so he's as good as bet as any, assuming his back does hold up. Last year he had a wire-to-wire victory in Phoenix after finishing with a 60 in the first round.

Webb Simpson (16/1)

Simpson won the 2012 U.S. Open championship and his T-23 at Palm Springs was his only time outside the top 10 since September. He leads the tour in greens and birdies and should continue to have success this weekend at Scottsdale, where he finished in the top 10 here in 2011 and 2012.

Scott Stallings (75/1)

Stallings is coming off a victory in San Diego where he shot a 4-under-par 68 and posting a score of 9-under par at the Farmers Insurance Open. It was his third victory in four years but at 75/1 it's worth seeing if lightning will strike twice.
