1* Free NCAAB Pick on Florida State -26

I got no problem laying the big number here with the Seminoles at home against a vastly inferior opponent in SE Missouri State. Florida State is one of the elite teams in the country, as they enter ranked No. 10 with a 8-1 record (only loss to Villanova on a neutral court). They have already racked up non-conference wins over Florida, LSU, Purdue and UConn.

The RedHawks are 5-6 and have 5 losses by double-digits, yet have not played a single Power opponent. They are projected as one of the worst teams in the Ohio Valley after losing starter, including their leading scorer, Denzel Mahoney (19.3 ppg).

The key here to the Seminoles covering this big number is the ease at which they figure to score on the offensive side of the ball. Florida State is averaging 82.5 ppg on their home floor. SE Missouri State has given up 80+ in their last 2 games against The Citadel and Southern Illinois.

With the return of last year's leading scorer Phil Cofer (hasn't played yet this season) and FSU being highly motivated having not played for 10 days due to finals week, I think they put up 90+ and easily cover. Take Florida State!

1* Free Sharp Play on Florida State -26½ -109

My money is on the Seminoles to have no problem cashing in a winning ticket here at home against SE Missouri State. FSU has to be counting down the hours for this thing to tip off, as they haven't played a game since Dec. 8th when they knocked off UConn 79-71. There's also a little extra excitement with Phil Cofer making his season debut. Cofer figures to be a huge upgrade to a team that is ranked No. 10 in the country. SE Missouri State simply doesn't have the talent to keep this thing remotely close. Bet the Seminoles -26.5!

1 Unit FREE PLAY on Phoenix Suns +2

The Knicks are playing for a second consecutive day tonight after their 11-point road loss to the Pacers last night. It’s also their 6th game in 10 days. And this is a banged-up Knicks team with Alonzo Trier, Kristaps Porzingis and Mitchell Robinson out, while Damyean Dotson and Courtney Lee are questionable. The Suns are as healthy as they have been all season with Devin Booker recently returning to the lineup. And it’s starting to pay off as the Suns have pulled back-to-back upset victories over the Mavs 99-89 and the Timberwolves 107-99. I expect them to upset the Knicks on the road here given their health and the terrible spot for home team. Phoenix is 9-4-1 ATS in the last 14 meetings, and 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings in New York. Give me the Suns.

NBA | Kings vs Wolves
Play on: Wolves -7½ -104 at pinnacle

Jack’s Free Pick Monday: Minnesota Timberwolves -7.5

The Minnesota Timberwolves return home tonight highly motivated for a victory. They are coming off a four-game road trip in which they lost all four games, inlacing a 130-141 road loss to the Sacramento Kings on December 12th. Well, now they get their shot at revenge against the Kings at home this time around.

The Timberwolves have one of the biggest home/road splits in the NBA this season. They are just 2-12 on the road, but they are 11-4 SU & 10-5 ATS at home this season. They have been even better at home of late, going 4-1 SU & 4-1 ATS in their last five games with all four wins coming by 12 points or more.

The Kings are in a brutal spot here. They’ll be playing the 2nd of a back-to-back after their 120-113 upset win over the Mavericks on the road last night. They’ll also be playing their 7th game in 11 days with a ton of travel in between as they’ll be in their 6th different city during this stretch.

Minnesota is 11-2 ATS in home games after having lost four or five of its last six games over the past two seasons. The Timberwolves are a perfect 9-0 ATS in home games vs. good shooting teams that make 48% or more of their shots over the last three years. Minnesota is 9-1 ATS in home games vs. poor defensive teams that allow 106 or more points pre game this season. Bet the Timberwolves Monday.

NBA | Bulls vs Thunder
Play on: Bulls +13 -109 at GTBets

Chicago is off a win last time out on the road vs San Antonio which snapped a 3 game losing streak. The lone win before that above mentioned victory ,which snapped an even longer 7 game losing streak, was to the Oklahoma City Thunder by a 114-112 count as road pups. What the natural reaction by bettors would be here, is that a far superior team, will now be out looking for revenge. However, the Thunder don't seem to be a revengeful bunch as is evident by their 9-26 ATS record revenging a straight up loss vs opponent as a favorite over the last 2 seasons and a 3-13 ATS mark revenging a straight up loss vs opponent as a road favorite over the last 2 seasons. Thus the revenge factor is over blown to an extent and sometimes the line is also bloated because of this which adds value to the underdog and in turn once again makes for the Thunders negative ATS data in situation like this . From a historical standpoint the Bulls are 5-0-1 ATS L/6 here at Oklahoma City as DD road underdogs. I know that the Bulls do not inspire bettors, but after watching some clips of their previous game vs the Thunder, I noticed their were some matchup advantages for the Bulls, and I feel confident that the younger fresher legs of the Bulls have the ability to hang tough here, vs a Thunder side, on tired legs that will be playing their 5th game in a week.

Play on the Chicago Bulls to cover

NBA | Jazz vs Rockets
Play on: Rockets -5 -105 at pinnacle

This is a 1* Free Play on the Houston Rockets.

This one sets up great for the Rockets. Houston plays with double revenge after dropping both earlier contests to Utah, including a humbling 118-91 setback earlier this month. The Jazz though have looked poor since then, dropping three of their last four, most recently a 96-89 upset loss to Orlando in Mexico City on Saturday. Now Utah transitions back State side to face a Rockets team that enters off a momentum building 105-97 road win over the Grizzlies. Note that Utah is just 4-6 ATS in its last ten off an upset loss as a favorite, while Houston is 19-9 ATS in its last 28 when playing with double revenge and two straight losses vs. an opponent. Consider the ROCKETS in this one.

10* FREE NBA PICK (Timberwolves -8)

I'll take my chances here with Minnesota covering as a double-digit home favorite against the Kings. Based on recent results, this line is going to look completely off and most will take the points with Sacramento. The books are begging you to take the Kings. The key here is this is going to be a max effort game from the Timberwolves. They just went 0-4 on a 4-game road trip, which they capped off with an ugly loss at Phoenix. The game before the Suns they lost by 11 at Sacramento, so there's also revenge in play here. Kings are fresh off a nice road win at Dallas yesterday, but I think they will be out of gas in the second leg of a back-to-back road set. This is also their 7th game in the last 11 days. Sacramento is 0-4 ATS last 4 when playing on no rest, while Minnesota is 11-2 ATS last 13 home games after losing 4 or 5 of their last 6 and 4-1 ATS last 5 at home overall. Give me the Timberwolves -8!

Tonight's comp play will be the Under in the Saints-Panthers NFC South clash.

Cam Newton has been playing with an injured throwing shoulder, and now one of his favorite targets - Greg Olsen - is sidelined with a foot injury.

The Panthers have held Under the total in their last pair of games, and in 3 of their last 4 overall, and they are facing a defense in New Orleans that has been quite stingy in points allowed of late.

The New Orleans defense has not allowed more than 17 points in any of their last 5 games, and the Under has been the ticket-casher in each of the Saints last 4 games, and in 6 of their 8 tilts since their bye-week.

The Under is also 8-4 since Week One for Sean Payton's team.

This is the first meeting between the teams this year, as they will close out the year in New Orleans on the 30th. Yes, all 3 meetings (playoff meeting included) last season ended up Over the total, but this is a new year, and the dynamics entering play tonight suggest that this one falls just shy of the posted price.

Saints-Panthers go Low.

2* NEW ORLEANS-CAROLINA UNDER

Tommy Brunson

Monday's comp play is for a big-time blowout to be handed down by Florida State as they face SE Missouri State.

Talk about stepping up in competition level, the Redhawks are doing just that tonight. After losses to The Citadel, Southern Illinois and Western Illinois, Rick Ray's team plays a nationally ranked Florida State team that is off to an 8-1 start to their campaign.

The Sems will be welcoming back Phil Cofer to the lineup tonight. The forward who averaged close to 13 points per game and over 5 boards per game last season has been out since injuring his foot in preseason practice.

Make no mistake, even without Cofer this Seminoles team is big, long, deep and loaded! Leonard Hamilton's team features 9 players who play between 12 and 31-plus minutes per game.

The Redhawks are not close to be able to deal with that size and depth for the full 40 minutes, so while it is admirable they are playing this out-of-conference game, it won't be long before this one turns into a runaway.

Go ahead and lay the big chalk tonight in Tallahassee, as Florida State takes this one by 30 points.

How does 83-53 sound?

Sounds like a cover to me!

4* FLORIDA STATE
______________________

Gus Augustine

Monday's comp play comes in the NBA, as I grab the enticing double-digits and play the Bulls to get the cover in Oklahoma City.

Chicago only sports 7 wins in their 30 games played this season, but one of those straight up wins comes earlier this month in a 114-112 home win as the +8 point underdog to the same Thunder team they are playing tonight!

The Bulls are also playing tonight's game off an upset win at San Antonio over the weekend, so grabbing this big impost is something that I am very interested in,

Oklahoma City did just stop a 2-game slide with a win at home over the L.A. Clippers, but OKC is just 2-3 straight up their last 5 games, and against the spread Billy Donovan's club is a money-burning 1-5 their last 6 (Bulls loss included), failing each of their last 3.

There is little doubt who the better team is on the floor tonight, but by giving the inferior Bulls a truck-load of points, look for Chicago to find a few gimme buckets at the end of this game that will have them hold inside of the impost.

Bulls the play plus the points.

1* CHICAGO
