With the NBA All-Star Game now in the rearview mirror, its time to start focusing on the playoff push. Here’s a look at the latest odds to win the NBA Finals this season.
According to oddsmakers at BetNow.eu, the Golden State Warriors are the favorite to win, as they are getting odds of -225 to win. Other short odds to win are the Milwaukee Bucks (+1000), Toronto Raptors (+1200), the Boston Celtics (+1400), the Houston Rockets (+1400) and the Philadelphia 76ers (+1400).
The Warriors entered the break with the Western Conference’s best record at 41-16. They have a 22-7 record at home with a 19-9 record on the road. Golden State has a 2-game lead in the West on Denver.
The Bucks have the best record in the East and the entire NBA at 43-14. Milwaukee is 23-5 at home and 20-9 on the road. The Bucks have a 1-game lead on the Raptors currently and they also have the league’s best point differential at 9.8 per game.
Toronto is 43-16 on the season with a 24-5 record at home and a 19-11 record on the road. The Raptors sit back a game in the East, but have the second-best record in the entire NBA.
Boston is 37-21 right now and the Celtics are fourth in the East, 6.5 games out of first in the conference. The Celtics are 23-8 at home and just 14-13 on the road.
Philadelphia is even with Boston right now, as the 76ers also sit at 37-21 on the season. Philly is 23-7 at home and 14-14 on the road.
Houston is fifth in the West right now at 33-24. The Rockets are 8 games behind Golden State in the conference race and 20-9 at home with a 13-15 road record. The Rockets have dealt with a lot of injuries this season.
