Chicago White Sox Fantasy Spin

Eloy Jimenez hit his sixth home run of the season in Thursday's win over the Astros. Astros rookie Corbin Martin left a fastball over the plate in the fourth inning and Jimenez sent it out even faster, belting a 112.5-mph homer out to left. He's now got three homers in his last two games, and six in 25 games this year. Jimenez is rounding into form after missing more than three weeks with a high ankle sprain and is batting .234/.280/.447 with 11 RBI and 10 runs scored overall.

Minnesota Twins Fantasy Spin

C.J. Cron went 5-for-6 with a home run and three runs scored in Thursday's lopsided win over the Angels. His solo shot off Matt Harvey was one of eight home runs by the Twins to tie a team record. Cron also doubled twice in the contest. It was the third time in team history the Twins have hit eight homers in a game and the second time they've done it this season. The big game jolted Cron's season line up to .278/.339/.562 with 13 home runs and 30 RBI in 45 games. His .901 OPS would be a new career high by a wide margin if he can keep it up.
