NFL Week 12 Betting Report

NFL Week 12 Betting Report, 11/19/19 Point Spreads & Over/Under Totals

What is the biggest spread in Week 12 of the NFL season? What about the highest total? We’ll answer both questions while also looking at which team is seeing the most action from bettors in our NFL Week 12 betting report.

Biggest Spread

As our NFL Betting Odds page shows, the biggest spread in Week 12 belongs to the Dolphins and Browns, who are laying 11 points this Sunday at 1:00 p.m. ET. The underdog is 3-0-1 against the spread in the last four meetings between these two teams and so is the road team. That said, the Dolphins are just 1-5-1 against the number in their last seven meetings with the Browns.

Next Biggest Spread: Saints -9.5 vs. Panthers

Smallest Spread

The 5-5 Eagles are coming off a 17-10 loss and failed cover to the Patriots last Sunday but that hasn’t stopped oddsmakers from making Philadelphia a 2-point home favorite versus the red-hot Seahawks at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday. Seattle is 8-2 on the year and a perfect 5-0 on the road, plus is coming off a big MNF win over San Francisco as well as a bye. The Seahawks are also 4-0 against the spread in their last four games versus the Eagles and are 4-0 against the number in their last four games in Philly.

Next Smallest Spread: Texans -3.5 vs. Colts

Highest Total

In their last two games, the Falcons held the Saints and Panthers to a combined 12 points and zero touchdowns in back-to-back road wins. That said, despite Atlanta’s defensive turnaround, oddsmakers still envision a shootout this Sunday at Mercedes-Benz Stadium where the Falcons host the Bucs at 1:00 p.m. ET. The total opened at 54, but has been bet down to 51.5 at most sports books. The over is 5-1 in the last six meetings between these two teams overall and is 5-1 in the last six meetings overall.

Next Highest Total: Seahawks at Eagles (48)

Lowest Total

The Broncos blew a 20-point lead at halftime last week in Minnesota and lost a heartbreaker to the Vikings. Nevertheless, their defense held their own until tiring in the second half because their offense couldn’t muster any long drives. With the temperatures dropping on the east coast, oddsmakers set the over/under for Sunday’s Broncos-Bills matchup at 36.5. That number was bet up, however, to 37.5. Still, this is the lowest total on the board for Week 12. The over is 5-2 in the last seven meetings between these two teams.

Lowest Total: Steelers at Bengals (39)

Largest ATS Move

The Jets opened as 3.5-point home favorites versus the Raiders for a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff on Sunday but New York is now a 3-point home underdog despite winning back-to-back games for the first time this season. The Raiders have covered the spread in four of their last five games versus the Jets but the home team is 8-2-1 at the betting window in the last 11 meetings.

Second Largest ATS Move: Bengals +3.5 to +6.5 vs. Steelers

Most Public Support

According to our NFL Public Betting Chart page, the Lions are receiving 91% of the betting tickets in their matchup with the Redskins. Detroit opened as a 2.5-point road favorite but the line has climbed to 3.5 and could go up higher if the public continues to hammer the Lions.

Second Most Public Support: Ravens 85% at Rams
