The smallest line currently on the board in Week 4 is the one between the Colts and Jaguars in London on Sunday morning at 9:30AM ET. Andrew Luck and the Colts opened as a 2-point favorite but the line has moved a half point up to Indianapolis -2.5. Jacksonville blew a chance at its first victory on Sunday but losing on a last-minute field goal to Baltimore, dropping the Jaguars' record to 0-3 on the season. The Colts, meanwhile, picked up their first victory of the year in a barnburner against the Chargers to get to 1-2.
