Appalachian State Mountaineers Game Notes
Appalachian State redshirt junior QB Chase Brice completed 20-of-28 passes for 326 yards and three touchdowns in Saturday’s 45-16 win over Georgia State. Brice and his team struggled in the first half, and the Mountaineers only led 14-6 at halftime. After spending a few years on Clemson’s bench, Brice won Duke’s starting job last year.
