Will the Cavs keep rolling on?
The Cleveland Cavaliers have a lofty number to cover when they host the Memphis Grizzlies tonight at 7PM ET. Can they do it?
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Cavaliers are a clear favorite at home tonight, as they are getting odds of -12.5 points against the Grizzlies. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 204 points.
Cleveland is 44-17 overall, 27-5 at home and 27-31-3 against the spread. Memphis is 37-25 overall, 14-15 on the road and 32-29-1 against the spread. Cleveland has won three straight in the series, including a 106-76 win at Memphis back in October. The Cavaliers are also 8-2 against the spread in the last 10 meetings with the Grizz.
What does the public think about this game?
Cleveland has bounced back nicely since a 14-point loss at Washington. The Cavs have won three straight, all at home, covering in two of the three games. Their last two wins have each been by double figures. Memphis has won five of its last five and covered in all five wins, but the Grizzlies are just 5-8-1 against the spread as a road underdog. This is the first time Memphis is a double-digit underdog, but I expect Cleveland to continue this hot streak and win big.
